As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you are someone who has significant expertise in both machine learning and software engineering. What You’ll Do
Build and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, machine learning orchestrations, improvements of services performance and reliability and etc.
Contribute and maintain the high quality of the code base with tests that provide a high level of functional coverage as well as non-functional aspects with load testing, unit testing, integration testing, etc.
Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect machine learning solutions.
Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and evangelising appropriate tech and engineering best practices.
Requirements
About You:
Masters or PhD in Machine Learning
3+ years of industry experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving and monitoring
Good Knowledge in AWS, Kubeflow (or similar), Tensorflow and Feature Store in a production environment.
Good knowledge in and experience with some of the following areas - Bayesian methods, Recommender systems, multi-task modelling, meta-learning, click through rate modelling or conversion rate modelling

As a talented Senior Analog IC Design Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects. You'll be designing, simulating, laying out, and testing Analog and Mixed Signal ICs that interface with imaging sensors, and capacitive and inductive transducers. Field Engineer – HVAC Test and Balance Technician - This is where you come in.
We are seeking a Field Engineer – HVAC Test and Balance Technician who holds one of the following certifications: NEBB, AABC, or TABB. Certification is required to ensure our team meets the highest industry standards for Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) in commercial HVAC systems.
This role focuses on performing certified TAB services on specialized HVAC systems in commercial facilities, ensuring performance aligns with engineered design plans. You’ll work on a variety of commercial retail and design-build projects, using company-provided tools and collaborating with clients and trade partners to deliver excellent service.

What We Need You to Do
Work In-Person 5 Days/week in our Bellevue, WA office.
Own end-to-end software development. For example: build satellite imagery marketplace integrations, satellite tasking systems, visualizations for tasking and telemetry, automation of operations, image processing pipelines, and more
Integrate Major Tom with additional Ground Station Network providers via APIs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the satellite operations team to understand their needs and translate them into functional software
Identify and troubleshoot customer-reported issues and implement solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for the software.
Requirements
What We Need You to Bring
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, aerospace, data science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in software development with strong skills in:
AWS cloud infrastructure
back-end (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Rust)
front-end (React) technologies.
Experience building scalable applications using microservices architecture or managed Kafka (Confluent Cloud).
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Must be a current U.S. citizen or current lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
Advanced Ruby on Rails Experience.
Experience in Rust would be great but not mandatory
Image processing experience

The base salary range for this role is $120K-$140K
