SPR encourages team members to share their exceptional skills, knowledge, and professional expertise to create a WOW customer experience for our residents. An ideal candidate for this role responds to work order requests from residents. Schedules, monitors, and performs general maintenance as required. Additionally, you will inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, process unit turnover and work with outside contractors as needed. Position requires sharing on-call responsibilities and may require working on weekends and holidays. The salary range for this position is $25.82 - $26.44 per hour.  Desired Skills and Qualifications At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Looking for a Fabricator/Yard assistant for a ground improvement company. Main welding process is dual shield on mild and hardened steel. Fabrication skills are preferred. All tools will be provided. Please have your own PPE to start. Majority of daily tasks are welding and fabricating of tooling to be sent out into the field for ongoing/upcoming projects. Training is available. Starting pay is 30 per hour. We offer excellent benefits package as well as 401k. This is a full time job with the opportunity for overtime in certain situations. Some mechanical knowledge would be a plus as well, as some days assistance will be needed on working on Deep soil foundation machines as well as other equipment.

Summary of desired qualifications: - Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the steel fabrication industry. - Familiarity with structural steel shop, fabrication tools, and machinery, including material handling equipment such as cranes and forklifts is required. - Must have WABO certified or have ability to get certified immediately. - Must be able to read and understand shop drawings and work independently. - Must have the ability to understand instructions and safety policies. - Structural Steel layout and fitting experience is required. - A layout / fit / welding test may be required prior to employment. Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00 40 Hours a week with occasional overtime. Lead in diagnosing problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. Schedule, monitor and perform maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed. Position requires weekend and holiday work. The salary range for this position is $29.00 - $31.50 per hour.  Desired Skills and Qualifications Minimum of two years apartment maintenance experience.
