You will grow and increase your skills, receive training, and receive education in upfitting vehicles for emergency responders.  The Emergency Vehicle Installation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our first responders operate safe, reliable, and effective vehicles.  The Emergency Vehicle Installation Technicians install emergency equipment and emergency lighting on all types of vehicles. The equipment installed could include the following: Emergency Vehicle Lighting and Control Systems, Sirens, Prisoner Transport Systems, Radios, Radar, In-Car-Camera Systems, License Plate Readers, Equipment Consoles and Cargo Cabinets, Weapon and Drone mounting systems, and/or front push bars.
