Site Superintendent - High-End Residential Construction (san rafael)

Location: Marin County & North Bay, CA We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a +/- $12M high-end residential project. Project start anticipated to be early to mid-November. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with deep construction knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive communication style. Candidates must bring technical expertise with documented, verifiable proof of experience, demonstrated through a resume and work portfolio. This is not a training position—we are looking for proven professionals. No relocation assistance available. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including daily digital reports, safety meetings, and jobsite documentation. • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers. • Ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. • Maintain site cleanliness, security, and professional presentation. • Lead site meetings and communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients. • Manage inspections and collaborate with building officials. • Monitor project progress, track material deliveries, and resolve issues in real time. Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of site superintendent experience in high-end residential construction, with recent work in modern building. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and project sequencing. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Tech-savvy: proficient with Procore (or similar), digital plans, email, and Excel. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required. • OSHA 30 certification (preferred). • Resume and portfolio/photos of recent work required. • All applications kept confidential.
