In this position, you'll take the lead on the roof work for each installation. What You’ll Be Doing Read and interpret solar plan-sets Install solar systems on a variety of roof types Lead the roof layout and complete roof penetrations Ensure racking is level and properly grounded Bend and run conduit on rooftops Handle basic electrical tasks on the roof (home runs, jumper wires, etc.) Install tilt kits and solar modules Represent Simply Solar with professionalism and positivity Who Are You You’re a driven, hands-on professional with strong installation skills and a bit of electrical know-how. You’re hungry to learn more, grow your skill set, and do meaningful work. Safety, quality, and professionalism are values you live by. What We’re Looking For At least 1.5 years of experience in solar installation or roofing Reliable transportation to and from job sites Great communication and attention to detail Experience with ground mounts or batteries (a plus) Crew leadership or training experience (a bonus) Able to pass a pre-employment background check Ready to make an impact and grow your career in solar?
