Shop Carpenter (North Charleston)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour Job description: Smithworks is a creative, design and fabrication shop specializing in interactive, experiential environments such as escape games and museum exhibits. We are seeking a talented carpenter to join our fabrication team. 90% of all the work is in our large production shop with very occasional onsite and travel work. The right candidate will possess the following experience, skills and traits: Cabinet and/or furniture carpentry Experience working with typical woodworking and shop equipment Finishing and trim work Understanding and following design plans accurately Dependable Be excellent at working with a team as well as independently Have a great attitude and work ethic Strives for excellence Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred) Carpentry: 5 years (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
