Residential Service Plumber Quality Plumbing - Seattle, WA $45-$55 per hour | Full-time | Benefits About the Role Quality Plumbing, a family-owned company serving Seattle since 1978, is seeking a licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This position focuses on residential service and repair work with an emphasis on quality, independence, and client care. And we don't work nights or weekends! Compensation & Benefits $45-$55 per hour, based on experience Quarterly and annual bonuses 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan 8 paid holidays Company-provided truck (with potential take-home use) Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call work Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems Complete service calls and scheduled maintenance Operate independently in the field while maintaining communication with dispatch Uphold company standards of quality and professionalism Qualifications Washington plumbing license (PL01 or PL02 preferred) 5+ years' residential service experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented Ability to commute to Seattle and nearby areas About Quality Plumbing Founded in 1978, Quality Plumbing is a family-owned business with a tradition of craftsmanship and employee longevity.
