Ideally with 5+ years of verifiable team work experience managing multifamily apartment buildings. MANAGER - Handles Administrative tasks and cleaning tasks. Must have administrative, customer service, leasing & collection skills & experience. Must have time flexibility to perform work during 8-5 PM business hours as needed. CO-Manager - Performs light maintenance & repair and cleaning tasks. Must be skilled & experienced performing maintenance and repairs (Have handyman type skills. No training provided. Job Responsibilities: Assembly and Testing: Assemble wire harnesses according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Test wiring continuity using a continuity tester. Component Preparation: Select wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loop wires between guide pegs on harness board. Quality Control: Inspect and verify own work using visual aids, checklists, and inspection tools. Identify and escalate discrepancies or design issues. Documentation: Mark identifying data on completed harness and contribute to updates of work instructions and BOMs. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with all safety protocols and use of PPE. Requirements Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in wire harness assembly, depending on the level of seniority. Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, crimping, and stripping wires, with a solid understanding of wire harness mechanical assembly. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a physically demanding environment. Communication Skills: Able to comprehend and follow moderately complex written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Relevant certifications in the electrical or electronic industry. Salary Range The salary range for a wire harness assembler can vary from $18 to $25 per hour.

Also patient treatment area renovations, such as intensive care units (ICU), endoscopy units, operating rooms, and other procedure rooms. Infrastructure upgrades such as emergency generator installations, service upgrades from 400A to 4000A, power/control for environmental systems, & fire alarm systems.
