Job description: Looking to hire a experienced senior level building maintenance technician. Experience in Maintenance of commercial properties. Must have a knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC / boilers, carpentry and painting skills. Past work experience in the trades or as a handyman would be very beneficial.
