Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Junior Carpenter to support our and project teams in producing exceptional work. This position is ideal for someone early in their carpentry career who takes pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. Moreover, we are looking for someone passionate about construction. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times. Perform regular cleaning, tool maintenance, and workspace upkeep. Support material handling, delivery setup, and site preparation. Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Perform other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor. Qualifications 1–2 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred (apprenticeship experience accepted). Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques. Ability to climb ladders and perform physical site work. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage: $22 – $35/hour (commensurate with experience). Health insurance and paid time off offered after a trial period.
