NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certification is highly desirable. • Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and combustion principles. You should be comfortable using diagnostic tools and reading schematics. • Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check. The Lead Diesel Technician/ Shop Supervisor will be responsible for performing all maintenance aspects and management of a Bulkmatic shop.
