Established awning company looking for skilled mechanic/tradesman to install awnings in the Richmond Area. Don't apply if you do not have at least 2 years of construction experience. Must be in good physical condition and able to accomplish standard construction tasks. Full Time career position. Report to the shop everyday and drive Company Vehicle to job site. Must have drivers license, be dependable, detail oriented and hard working. Company supplied tools and uniforms. Must be OK with ladders. Health care, paid vacation, and paid holidays after 90 days. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, add and subtract basic fractions, and can identify and describe the use of standard construction tools. SUMMARY: Provides service and maintenance for all aspects of mechanical operations and heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration equipment in support the University mission.
