We want to speak with you – on or off site – Confidential Estimator Responsibilities: - Prepare Take offs from plans - Prepare Estimates in detail - Understand Scope of Work to bid - Prepare Plumbing Drawings for field crews - Establish and maintain working relationships with Builders and General Contractors Estimator Skills Beneficial: - 2 years as an estimator – Plumbing experience a bonus. - Able to read architectural plans and develop bids - Strong understanding of residential and light commercial plumbing - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Ability to learn our estimating package - Ability to produce and design drawings on our program - Able to multi-task and meet strict guidelines and deadlines - Excellent computer skills - Knowledge of Plumbing codes and Plumbing Materials used in Residential Plumbing. We restore, repair, and maintain 35mm and 120mm film cameras for analog photographers around the world. The role is hands-on and collaborative, ideal for someone with technical aptitude and a genuine love of film photography. You will work alongside experienced technicians on customer repairs and in-house inventory while continuing to build your skills in a supportive, specialized environment. Skills Intermediate knowledge of camera servicing, preferably analog. Strong attention to detail across new and repetitive tasks. Comfort with hand tools, including bit driver sizes and improvising tools or parts for bespoke tasks. Working knowledge of electrical systems, including inspection, testing, and troubleshooting, and familiarity with the corresponding tools. Responsibilities Assist in deep cleaning and refurbishing 35mm and medium format film cameras. Keep products organized from intake through stocking, both physically and in our digital systems. Coordinate with fellow technicians on customer repair needs and prepare quote estimates. Cross-train with colleagues to maintain skill parity and encourage collaboration.
