Maintenance techs needed for residential scattered sites property management company. Must have tools, truck, valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must be able to perform daily routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair and carpentry. Starting pay range of $22-25/Hour based upon experience and skills.
