Looking for Property Maintenance Subcontractor – Nashville We manage a handful of rental properties around Nashville and need a reliable person (or small crew) we can call for ongoing maintenance and repair work. Jobs include things like: • Basic repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.) • Small plumbing/electrical fixes • Lawn care/yard work here and there • Getting rentals ready between tenants What we need from you: • Be dependable and show up when you say you will • Have your own tools and transportation • Some experience working on homes/apartments • Insurance is a plus, licenses even better This is subcontract work, paid per job.
