Commercial Carpenter (Cincinnati)

We are looking for a couple CDL drivers and operators for our snow removal crews. Mostly all night work on commercial properties. Trucks are all 13 speed manual transmissions.

Signature Land Services is seeking qualified Sub-Contractors to put their plow trucks to work on commercial accounts. Plowing primarily occurs between 10 PM to 7 AM. Minimum requirements are ¾ ton truck, V-plow or straight blade with wings, appropriate safety lighting (strobe / beacon), and insurance. The ideal candidate has a proven background in architectural cladding and exterior envelope work, with a focus on precision, durability, and quality craftsmanship. -Our projects primarily involve phenolic resin panels, ACM, IMP, and metal siding systems on commercial buildings. Attention to detail, understanding of waterproofing principles, and a commitment to building long-lasting, watertight assemblies are essential.
