A residential carpenter for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company must have the skill set, knowledge, and willingness to do a variety of tasks. At a minimum the carpenter needs to be able to do demolition, framing, interior and exterior trim, window installation, insulation, basic drywall, cabinet installation, and painting. Additional skills not required but always welcome include more advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, floor installation, and tile installation would be awesome. There is advancement opportunities for a carpenters to grow with the company.
