👷‍♂️🏗️ Bodhi Construction & Consulting Services is Hiring! 🏗️👷‍♀️ We’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong commercial plumbing background to join our growing team in 📍 University Place, Washington 💰 Pay: Competitive, based on experience 🚗 Company Vehicle: Provided for daily dispatch from our University Place office 🧰 Type: Full-Time | Non-Union | Family-Owned Business 🔧 Position Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise field crews on commercial plumbing and general construction projects • Review and interpret as-built drawings, specifications, and plans • Create accurate material lists and projected labor schedules • Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project timelines • Perform hands-on work when needed, including plumbing, basic construction and carpentry tasks • Maintain communication with project management and document daily progress • Promote a safe, clean, and efficient job site ✅ Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience required • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, materials, and methods • Basic construction and carpentry skills • Ability to read as-built documents and develop material/labor projections • OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent • Strong communication and leadership abilities • Clean driving record (required — company vehicle provided) ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: • Journeyman or Master Plumber License (WA) • Familiarity with Excel, Contractor Foreman, or similar project tools • Experience leading small field teams or subcontractors E-mail your resume!
