Lost cat (Whittier)

Black male cat missing since Sept 21st around 6pm. Potentially wearing an orange harness and orange leash but may have slipped out of them. Windy went missing at 25th and Harriet in the Whittier neighborhood. He is microchiped and part of a bonded pair so we'd really like to get him home ASAP.
