Lost Cat (Royal Oaks)

Adult male cat missing since August 9th. He's a white/tabby cat mix. Unfortunately his collar recently broke and was off at the time he went missing. He's tends to be shy and a bit skiddish. He's a very sweet kitty, just slow to warm up. He's a talker. He always announces his presence, especially if food is involved. He LOVES food.
