Lost - Blue Dinosaur Keychain (Watervliet or Waterford)

I lost my blue dinosaur keychain (keychain piece might not be on it, looks like a toy). Lost it over within the past week in either Watervliet or Waterford. Will give a small cash reward if found since it's very sentimental to me. Thank you!
