Lost cat approx July downtown (Santa Barbara)

Female Manecoon mix, named Ransom. Long haired, tan, brown and grey, with tiger stripes. She has a unique white, cotton, looking hair growing out of her ears. She jumped out of the window of my car on or around June/july 2025, when I was driving on Victoria and State St. I looked for her everywhere, but could not find her. I also check the humane society twice a week, and nothing. She was my companion, please, if anyone out there has her, or knows where she is, please call me.
