Orange white cat FOUND (Cavecreek bell area west of there)

I am a working man so I don't know if this cat hangs out in the day time. This cat was so skinny till I began feeding. Doesn't seem to want pet yet doesn't bolt when I see. So think this is, a loose lost cat. On my ring cam Lived here years never seen him or her. Gated so rarely ever see strays!!
