Found young male lab (Molalla)

Found this young male lab running down O'Deane rd in Molalla. He is pretty thin and must have been feeding on a carcass because of the smell. He is currently with me but I can't keep him long because he isnt neutered. Please reach out if he is yours. I would hate to have to take him to the pound. He is such a sweet boy
