Found dog (Rio Rancho)

I found this dog this morning around 6:00 in the morning in between ventana ranch and Southern by the ditch very friendly dog I haven't called the city because they going to cut his balls please provide an old pictures of the dog if it's yours I will keep the dog in my house but I do have another dog's and they already got in a fight so I cannot keep him too long please contact me Dog has a GPS device they haven't track ed him yet 505 33965five- one
