Found dog (Centennial)

Smallish longer body, short legs dog. See picture. Brown with kind of salt & pepper thrown in. Has on a collar, no tags. Will need to take him in to Multnomah County Animal Services this afternoon if no one claims him. I can’t keep him. Going to check for a chip. UPDATE: He is chipped so VCA S E Portland Animal Hospital on Stark Street has him.
