FOUND BIKE on TJ Middle School Campus - You Describe, you claim (Arlington)

Found a bike on the campus of Thomas Jefferson Middle School early morning this week. No one was around. Picked it up hoping to re-unite it with the owner. Keep in mind that it may have been joy ridden from another neighborhood. Provide the necessary details (brand, size, color, accessories, etc.). SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!
