Found young black male lab (Molalla)

Found a young black male lab running down the middle of Odeane road in Molalla. He is very thin and smells like he must have been feeding off of a dead carcass ( one was in the middle of the road further down from his location). He is very friendly, seems to get along with other dogs. Didn't mind a leash. I cannot keep him as he is intact. Please reach out to me ASAP or Ill have to turn him over to animal control.
