Gold heart pendant necklace on gold chain (oakland rockridge / claremont)

I removed my necklace in Crossroads in Rockridge and lost track of it between there- market hall and then to parked car at Boyd and Forest. It is a family heirloom. It is very dear to me. Would be ever so grateful!
