Looking for a part-time maintenance technician to oversee a shopping plaza in Milpitas. Must have handyman skill set and live within 15 minutes of the plaza. Job duties include, but not limited to, maintenance and upkeep of the grounds; communicating with me, the property manager; familiar with hydrojetting/power washing; basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping; familiarity with various tools and equipment; ability to work independently; must be familiar with smart phones and keep track of hours via smart apps; follow safety protocols.

P&L Landscaping LLC is looking for a full-time year-round yard associate to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. This person will be required to have a driver’s license and be familiar with driving 1-ton six-wheel trucks while towing a trailer. Equipment experience driving a skid steer and backhoe loader will be needed. Some heavy lifting from time to time may be required. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and have a good driving record. P&L Landscaping will be able to schedule a time for the DOT physical appointment and will pay for this upon hiring our new yard associate. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others. Excellent prior work history and organization skills a must.
