About Us Premier Compaction Systems is a leader in the waste and recycling equipment industry, providing top-quality service, installations, and support to customers across the region. We’re currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Person to support our service operations and help keep our equipment moving. ________________________________________ Job Summary The Parts Person plays a key role in supporting the service team by sourcing, organizing, and distributing the correct parts for repair jobs, installations, and routine maintenance. This position requires good communication, a sense of urgency, and a strong focus on accuracy and organization. ________________________________________ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to.. • Assist technicians and service manages in locating and ordering required parts • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system • Track and follow up on outstanding orders and backorders • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing • Keep the parts room clean, organized, and well-stocked • Prepare and issue parts for scheduled service jobs • Provide excellent internal customer service to technicians and other departments ________________________________________ Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related role • Familiarity with mechanical or industrial equipment is a plus • STRONG computer skills and experience with inventory software (Service Fusion) • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus) • Strong communication and teamwork skills ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay • Health • 401(k) • On-the-job training and development ________________________________________ 📨 Apply Now!
