Part-Time Custodian (Portsmouth)

This position is responsible for taking photographs of vehicles to support online sales efforts. These images will be published online at marketplace.autura.com.Vehicle images will need to be taken within specific parameters set out by the Autura Marketplace team. These vehicles are located at different tow yards across given region that you will be expected to drive to. You will be required to take 8-10 photos per vehicle. This position is considered remote, but you will need to drive to each assigned project. You must have a smartphone and vehicle to apply (you will be using your smartphone to take the vehicle images & you are expected to drive to each assigned project). Availability: 15-20 hours per week Pay: $10 per vehicle Job Responsibilities: Capture and process electronic images of vehicles at tow yards across a given region. Ability to lift vehicle hoods for engine pictures and crouch for catalytic converter pictures. Ability to walk around in all weather conditions for up to 2 hours or more. Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED Basic computer software skills are preferred. Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related field. 1 year of experience in photography preferred; experience in digital and computer processing a plus. 1 year of car mechanic experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity. Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception. About The Position: Your role centers on the production of textiles, canvas art as well as studio support and upkeep. This includes: - Cutting art down to size - Prep art according to job specs - Excellent measuring skills - Running the UV and Sublimation Machine - Assist with the preparation and execution of applying art to items and pressing this on a heat press. Folding items and preparing them to ship to retailers. - Print art for production - Provide support in various studio tasks, such as organizing supplies, maintaining inventory, and cleaning workspaces. - Collaborate with the team to fulfill client orders and meet project deadlines. - Follow established studio procedures to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a safe working environment. -Take initiative and assist in other studio-related activities as needed. - Maintaining office organization systems - Regular cleaning of the studio - Printing and post printing support - Packing and shipping jobs - Ability to lift 50lbs Requirements: - Experience in a production environment a plus - Willing to learn to produce products on a UV and Sublimation Machine - Previous experience in a print shop a plus - An excitement to learn new skills and grow - You have a love for what you do along with a positive "can do" attitude - Independent & proactive, but works with a team mentality - Graphics experience a plus - Extremely detail oriented

We are looking to add a Superintendent position to our team. The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Diego Area. This position will require a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the project.
