Maintenance Technician for Apartment Maintenance /Full-Time (Fresno)

Royal T Management is searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for a Beautiful and large Apartment Community in Fresno. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Are you one of those hardworking individuals who is good at fixing everything? Are you that person everyone calls when something isn't working right and they just need your help? Then we need you! We NEED to find someone who is experienced and SKILLED in these areas: Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals) Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans) Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks) Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Water heater, Washer Dryer and Refrigerator) Apartment Maintenance experience is not required but we are searching for someone who will be able to perform repairs in a correct and safe manner in our apartment homes.
