Lead Office Cleaner (Part-Time Evenings) (Portland Metro)

About the Role: This is a hands-on cleaning position focused on providing top-tier service for small offices. You’ll be responsible for completing evening cleaning routes to company standards, maintaining equipment and supplies, and communicating any issues that arise. You’ll work directly with the owner at first to learn the process and expectations. As the business grows, you may take on more hours or help train others — but the focus for now is on quality, dependability, and consistency. Responsibilities: -Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other assigned areas -Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and glass cleaning -Restock supplies as needed and maintain neat supply storage -Lock up and set alarms at end of shift (training provided) -Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual findings -Follow established checklists and time guidelines for each site Requirements: -At least 1 year of commercial or professional cleaning experience preferred -Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license -Excellent attention to detail and consistency -Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual -Comfortable working solo in secure after-hours environments -Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks -Able to pass a background check -Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) What We Offer: -$23–26/hr starting pay depending on experience -Consistent, respectful communication and support -Flexible evening schedule (roughly 5-15 hours/week to start) -Opportunity to increase hours as new clients are added -Room for long-term growth into a trainer or quality-control role as the company expands. -We take pride in delivering consistent, detailed work that keeps clients loyal year after year.
