This role is crucial in maintaining our equipment in optimal condition through independent diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Qualifications: • MINIMUM 2 years of professional experience as a small engine mechanic • Clean Florida state driver's license • Must be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish • Experience diagnosing and repairing issues with 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines from brands such as Bobcat, Stihl, Scag, Echo, and other 2-cycle and 4-cycle equipment including blowers, edgers, trimmers, etc. • Clear understanding of proper testing, disassembly, rebuilding, and replacement procedures for parts • Knowledge of maintenance tasks including filters, clean fuel, spark plugs, component cleaning, sharpening, lubrication, etc. • Experience performing preventive maintenance on brands such as Bobcat, New Holland, Kubota, and similar equipment like skid steers, trenchers, mini excavators, etc. is a plus! Proper training will be provided to the right candidate • Welding and/or fabricating parts for repairs is a plus! • Ability to endure Florida weather conditions and physical stamina to work full days, including constant hand use, lifting, and overhead work. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet malfunctions. Troubleshoot and fix electrical problems, including faulty outlets, lighting fixtures, and wiring.
