Residential Plumbing Tech (N. Charleston)
• Experienced Service Plumber is needed to join our growing team.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters) in commercial and residential structures.
• Tankless water heater service and installation.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals during construction.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, identifying and diagnosing plumbing problems using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare client bids, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Keep accurate documentation and photos while working, description of work performed, and materials used, and record through company software..
• Adhere to all plumbing building codes and regulations.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.

REQUIREMENTS.
Knowledge of local building plumbing codes and regulations.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years’ experience of verified employment as a service plumber
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing challenges accordingly.
Communication and intrapersonal skills, including customer service.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with the intricacies of working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion.
Must be very punctual and dependable - if you have many unplanned days off there is no need to apply
This is an hourly position with rewards program available and no quota requirements.
Commission on every sale plus WH installation fee added to your hourly rate.
