Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Journeymen to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge base and experience in Commerical HVAC installation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute projects accurately. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional service as a technician in the field, addressing customer needs promptly. Engage in welding tasks as required for equipment repair or installation. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning. 4+ yrs experience in the HVAC industry. Strong understanding of mechanical principles related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Familiarity with HVAC design principles. Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively. Valid driver’s license is required for travel to job sites.
