(General cleaning, maintenance, vacuum, sweep, mop, stocking restrooms, cleaning spills.) * Frequently use sanitation/disinfecting equipment. * Mix cleaning solutions to the appropriate strength. * Remove trash from offices and other work areas. * Restock bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and other public areas with the necessary supplies. * Sanitization of multiple surface types. * Disinfect assigned rooms, including all surfaces, floors, grout cleaning, equipment, frequently touched areas. * Perform other related duties as needed. * Adheres to company policies and safety procedures and follows an established routine. Requirements * 0-1 years of experience in commercial / industrial / residential * Solid physical ability. (Standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, lifting 50 lbs. daily.) * Some knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Schedule * Monday-Friday 9am- 5:30 pm
