ShareYou could literally start this job today. We are looking for primarily a CDL commercial driver that can deliver our equipment, which consists mostly of Bobcat skid steers and mini excavators. This is not a regular 9-to-5 job because we are the only rental agency that we know of that's open 24 hours a day seven days a week. If you don't have the CDL license, please don't apply for this job because we very specifically need a person with that type of license. That's the only position we have open right now. One of the benefits of this job is a great deal of flexibility as to scheduling your work hours. You pretty much can set your own work hours for the most part but there would be some days where you might be working at 10, 11 or 12 at night other times during the regular daytime hours, but many times we have to deliver in the evening to avoid heavy traffic especially going when going from Tacoma to Seattle. We currently don't offer any type of benefits, medical packages, retirement, or health. We anticipate paying between $20 and $25 an hour for this position. If your circumstance requires that you would need to be paid in cash, we can also do that for you or we can have you on scheduled payroll. if you're undergoing some difficult financial times and need to be paid even daily, we can also help you with that as well. Whatever is best for you. We are a rental agency that rents not only compact heavy equipment, but we also rent out pick up trucks and noncommercial dump trucks so occasionally you would be delivering vehicles as well. We also need to be able to count on you to help us with minor repairs whenever directed by our mechanical staff or to run errands and fetch parts when necessary. Also, when needed you may be asked to clean vehicles, or pressure wash heavy equipment and also grease the equipment with our grease guns. We're trying to think of everything that would be part of the job description so that there's no misunderstandings. We are located in the Parkland area by Pacific Avenue and Highway 512. We would prefer to have somebody not too far away. With your response, please send a copy of your CDL drivers license.
