Be able to communicate clearly with various field crews. Vehicle inspection each morning, as well as being sure to keep vehicle clean. Take inventory of all company items. Purchase supplies for sites and organize at office. Deliver products and supplies to various jobsites around a 50-mile perimeter of Bothell. Tow a dump trailer of flatbed equipment trailer when needed to support field operations. Qualifications • Heavy equipment experience and construction experience preferred • Experience with dump trucks, construction equipment • Able to lift up to 100lbs, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time • Clean Driving Record required • Driver’s license, CDL class A or B a plus Schedule: Small F350 dump truck as company vehicle to deliver product to sites. The ideal person for this position is someone experienced with general maintenance (carpentry, welding, electrical and/or mechanical maintenance) and able to maintain equipment, buildings and grounds. WHAT YOU WILL DO. • Inspect, repair and maintain facilities including painting, plumbing, electrical repair (replace outlets, ballasts, fans, etc.), heating and cooling systems, grass cutting and trimming, snow removal, and minor construction jobs (cement work, general carpentry, general welding, etc.). • Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials. • Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance duties as scheduled. • Maintain effective and professional communication with staff.
