RESPONSIBILITIES: General Home Maintenance Installation services Honey-do list items General carpentry work General drywall repairs & finishing Caulking & painting Stucco & siding repair Wood/Tile floor installation & repair …and more! REQUIREMENTS: Valid Driver’s license and record of safe driving Clean background (we perform background checks and drug testing for all employees) Able to responsibly utilize ladders with a manufacturer’s rated capacity of 250 lbs.
