Large condo building looking for a full time maintenance tech / handyman. 🛠 Responsibilities include: - General handyman repairs and property maintenance - Drywall patching and painting - Basic plumbing and light electric repairs -Floor tile repairs - Basic carpentry - AC filter cleaning and drain maintenance -Minor landscape -Other general repairs in the condo building Qualified person should be able to get along and work well with others. This is a full time position...8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. One week paid vacation and up to 5 scheduled holidays paid. Pay is $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for a responsible, caring, punctual, reliable and detail-oriented nanny/housekeeper with good English communication skills to join our family long-term. Position Details: • Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (possible Friday nights and Saturday nights additional hours also on as needed basis) • Childcare: Provide attentive care for our 19-month-old toddler, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
