Commercial Overhead Door Installer / Technician (Ventura County)

PSS is seeking an experienced Commercial Overhead Door Installer to join our growing team. This position involves the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial and industrial overhead doors, gates, and operators for a wide range of clients. Responsibilities: Install and service commercial overhead doors, operators, and access systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues Work safely, efficiently, and independently on job sites Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers Requirements: 2+ years of experience in commercial overhead door installation or a related trade Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Comfortable working at heights and lifting 75+ lbs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay: $25–$30/hr depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pension and profit-sharing plan Paid holidays and paid time off Uniforms provided Year-round, full-time work — no seasonal layoffs Opportunities for training and advancement If you take pride in quality workmanship and want to be part of a reliable, respected team, we’d like to meet you.
