We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and warm, personalized service. We’re looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our growing team and help bring beautiful spaces to life. Job Description: As a Lead Finish Carpenter, you will perform highly detailed finish carpentry work, such as installing trim, molding and custom cabinetry, but also supervise a team of carpenters, manages on-site operations, coordinate with other trades and ensures projects are completed on time, with in budget and the to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Measure, cut, and install trim, baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry • Build and install custom shelves, mantels, and built-ins • Read and interpret design plans and job scopes • Work closely with project managers and crew to complete jobs on schedule • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site • Use hand and power tools with skill and care • Ensure all work meets company quality standards Requirements: • 10+ years of finish carpentry experience (residential preferred) • Master Carpenter Certification or equivalent with work experience • Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods • Strong communication and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with custom cabinetry or built-in installations • Own basic hand tools What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Reliable, local work (minimal travel) • Positive, team-oriented work environment • Opportunities for growth and leadership roles • Health, Dental, Vision insurance optional after 90 days To Apply: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfujti5CD8m3N2uNVsJrUHJce9l1LT-ns2cQ2Q9zpp131YMyQ/viewform?pli=1
