This includes planning work sequences, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress. • Team Supervision: Lead and manage construction crews, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring high performance. Address any issues or conflicts that arise among team members. • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies. • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. • Communication: Interface with General Contractors, Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients to relay information, provide updates, and address concerns. Maintain clear and concise communication channels. • Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and tools on-site, ensuring availability and proper usage. Track inventory and order supplies as needed. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, production reports, and any incidents. Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed appropriately. • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Develop effective solutions to unforeseen challenges. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of experience as Foreman or Site Superintendent in Commercial Interior Construction • Drywall, framing, ceilings, and firestopping skills and knowledge • Bonus if you have EIFS/DEFS and Plaster experience • Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Dependability, professionalism, and safety awareness.
