Typical duties: · Meet at the office every morning where you will discuss the days work with the Maintenance Supervisor, complete work orders from the day before. Discuss work schedule for the day. Get in your company van and start the day. · Maintenance Technician duties: light electrical, install light fixtures, switches. Light plumbing, replace faucet, garbage disposal, water supply valves, toilet valves. Exterior work, deck repairs, fence repairs, pressure washing. Repairing closet doors, new caulking, installing blinds, Occasional light landscape work, tree & bush pruning, garden cleanup. Dump runs. Pressure washing. Requirements · Clean driving record. · Being organized is a big part of the job. You must be able to keep your work environment organized and keep track of daily schedule and daily paperwork. · Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job. · Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. · Enter attic and crawl space of homes on occasion. · Climb ladder.
