Preparing and submitting accident/incident reports; Greet the public and provide information and assistance regarding pool schedules and other general information; Participate in in-service training, orientations and other staff meetings as requested; Practice safe work habits and contribute to the safety of self, co-workers and the general public. Hello! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing multi-tasker willing to come in around 20 hours a week. We are a small neighborhood salon with two locations filled with friendly, professional stylists and are looking for someone who can help us out with clients and keeping the salon clean and running. We do not want someone who comes to work to sit around and hang out or who has sleepy energy. This position mostly involves constant light cleaning such as sweeping the floors and wiping chairs in between clients. You should be okay with getting out from behind out desk and looking for ways to make the space look better. Most of our appointments are booked online, and so phones calls, though limited, involve dealing with late clients and cancellations. You would: -clean stations between clients -clean areas of the salon where needed -dust -sweep -do laundry (towels and capes) on site -check clients in and out -answer the phones and book appointments -give the salon a final clean at the end of the day (8 pm) and lock up Schedules are flexible: Morning shifts are 9:30 am - 3:00 pm Evening shifts are 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm You should be great at customer service and proactive.
