We’re looking for a talented Designer & Selections Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Meet with clients to design kitchens, bathrooms, and basements Guide clients through interior selections (cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, paint, flooring, windows, and more) Create professional designs using 2020 CAD, SketchUp, or similar software Maintain accurate details in Buildertrend CRM Split your time between office-based design (60%) and on-site client meetings (40%) Collaborate closely with project managers, installers, and outside crews to ensure projects run smoothly Present design options and ideas using PowerPoint and visual tools What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and follow-through Experience with 2020 CAD / SketchUp Knowledge of residential remodeling and construction practices Familiarity with Buildertrend (or willingness to learn) Strong knowledge of industry products (cabinets, counters, fixtures, flooring, tile, etc.) Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with both clients and crews Reliable transportation to meet clients in their homes Why Join Us Steady full-time-plus position with year-round work Supportive, team-driven environment Opportunities to own the client design process from concept through selections Growth potential within an expanding design-build company
