PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED - Home & Bath Remodeling

You must be able to nurture positivity, work independently, problem solve swiftly, and be great at taking direction within a team atmosphere. Responsibilities for Project Manager * Maintain world class customer service with our clients throughout all phases of their experience * Maintain a world class level of rapport with our installation teams by fully supporting their needs and keeping a close eye on project details and timelines * Work directly other Project Managers and Construction Coordinator to help implement all phases of our construction process * Meet with homeowners to assess feasibility of sold projects prior to installation * Problem solve and consult solutions with customers and installation teams * Be able to clearly communicate project milestones with customers, installation teams, and management * Assist with any necessary building permits * Manage permit inspections * Coordinate with our purchasing manager material orders * Work closely with our Chatsworth warehouse manager to ensure accuracy of materials on projects * Pick up and deliver any necessary construction materials to job sites Requirements for Project Manager * Customer Service Experience * A basic knowledge of construction - more experience here is a plus! * Ability to see the team first * Handle a large volume of driving throughout the SLO area while working independently * Ability to lift heavy items * Ability to multi-task at a high level What we Offer * Salaried Full Time Position * Bonuses and Commissions Available * On hand training and support from the entire team * Company Vehicle * Company cell phone and iPad * Medical Benefits Still reading?
