Embroidery associate (Parker)

Looking for a detailed creative person to work in our embroidery department. This person must work well with others, and with customers. No experience needed, but will compensate if you do have experience. This position is Part Time 16 to 20 hours a week hours are flexible, no nights or weekends. This person will be responsible for operating embroidery machine to produce custom embroidered garments and products, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. This role requires attention to detail, and an eye for design alignment. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation Setup, thread and operate commercial embroidery machine. Load and unload garments onto machine hoops, and monitor machine performance and ensure maintenance is completed weekly. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (7 hours) Lift up to 30 pounds Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
